今日はしつこいシミ、肝斑のお話をしたいと思います。
シミや肝斑でまず、レーザーをしようという方が多いのではないでしょうか？
それに加えて内服で身体の内側からアプローチしていく。
それが一般的かとは思います。
しかしここが、落とし穴です！
それで完治していたら世の中シミや肝斑の人はいないと思いませんか？
それがなぜか？というお話しをしますね。
結論からお話しすると、それだけでは効果が出ません。また出始め、リバウンドが起こります。
理由としては、
レーザーが黒色に反応するため、シミ単体であれば問題ありませんが、肝斑はシミの周りにあるうっすら茶色いかたまりで、
顔全体で見ると地図のように写っているものです。
その肝斑はレーザーからみると黒いものになります。そのため肝斑に反応して、さらに肝斑を黒くしてしまい、結果レーザーをして悪化したという状況が起こるわけです。
そして、シミは表面だけでないため、新しいお肌が生まれ変わらない限り、また出てきます。
そう考えると根本解決の仕方は、お肌を完全に新しく生まれ変わらせること。
古くなった皮膚が下から盛り上がり、最終的には新しい皮膚に変わります。これをターンオーバーと言っていますが、簡単に言うと、皮膚の新陳代謝ということです。
毎日新陳代謝を臓器は行って生命を維持しています。皮膚も臓器の一部です。
その新陳代謝の正常は28日ですが、年齢を重ねるとそれが3倍以、または、28日➕年齢分、新陳代謝が遅れているというのが現実のみなさんのお肌なのです。
この状況を考えると、上からいくらレーザーを当てても、内服で白くしようとしてもなかなか効果が見えないのはこの新陳代謝が遅れてることが理由になります。
では、この新陳代謝を正常にもどす！
これこそが、シミや肝斑の根本解決になります。
ただこれがまた、とっても根気のいることになります。なのでみなさん本当に消えるのかな？と不安になり、途中でやめてしまうのですね…

Blemishes and melasma

Today I would like to talk about persistent spots and melasma.
There are many people who want to do a laser first for spots and melasma.
In addition to that, we will approach it from the inside of the body with internal medicine.
I think that’s common.
But here’s the catch!
If it were completely cured, don’t you think there would be no people with spots and melasma in the world?
Why? That’s what I’m going to talk about.
In conclusion, it is not effective on its own. It starts to come out again and a rebound occurs.
The reasons are as follows:
Since the laser reacts to black color, there is no problem if it is a stain alone, but melasma is a faint brown lump around the spot.
If you look at the whole face, it looks like a map.
The melasma is black when viewed from the laser. Therefore, in response to melasma, the melasma is further blackened, and as a result, the laser is applied and the situation worsens occurs.
And since the blemishes are not only on the surface, they will come out again unless new skin is reborn.
When you think about it, the fundamental solution is to completely regenerate your skin.
