Under the COVID-19 in 2020, the structure of society, such as work styles and employment, is largely changed. It is natural for us to use ZOOM at an international conferences. We have heard that it’s hard for them to speak, convey, and show things to the others or, troubles that not being confident in themselves. Also, we have heard that though they can’t speak English, they want to attend the global contest or want to submit a report in English.
